Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests must be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all non-credit refunds.
For all returns please be sure to include the following information
1) Company Name
2) Invoice Number
3) Images of damaged item(s)4) Reason for return
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a order, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed or before the order is ready to be shipped. Cancellations require authorization before cancellation. All confirmed order cancellations will be notified via email with receipt of cancellation.
